We Hear You
Our Mission
Treat people R.I.G.H.T.
R.I.G.H.T
R.I.G.H.T. encompasses all of our values: respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. Together, they create the foundation upon which we build every customer and employee interaction.
Our Values
Respect
If we don't respect one another, ourselves, or the company, we can't properly live our values.
Above Anything Else
Integrity
We never want to compromise our integrity and aim to be honest through and through.
Do the Right Thing
Growth
We know we don't know everything, so we are always stretching and challenging ourselves to be better.
One Step at a Time
Humility
We have to stay open and humble in order to learn from one another and be the best we can be.
Actions Speak Louder
Teamwork
As a team we can accomplish so much more than we can alone.
Stronger Together
We Hear You
At the core of these values is one thing: listening. Without it, you can't have Respect, Integrity, Growth, Humility, or Teamwork. That's why "We Hear You" is our promise.
Our Promise
Our Footprint
Treating people right for more than 90 years has brought us this far, and the future looks bright.
What Makes Us Garff
There’s more to us than just cars. We do all we can to make Garff a great place for employees and customers alike.
